Check-In/Check-Out Procedure

Boston Red Dog welcomes check-in and check-outs during our hours of operation: 7:00am to 7:00pm on Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday, and 12:00pm to 5:00pm on Sunday. However, please plan to check-in or check-out your pet 45 minutes before our closing time. We ask that you submit all completed paperwork and a copy of your pet’s vaccination records prior to or during your check-in.

Boston Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa is a member of the The Pet Care Services Association. The PCSA helps develop and maintain the highest professional and business standards within the pet care industry. Boston Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa abides fully by the Pet Care Services Association Code of Ethics and the Pet’s Bill of Rights.

Courtesy Cancellation Policy

Boston Red Dog requests a 72 hour cancellation notice for lodging reservations made over holidays, including (but may not be limited to) Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. For all non-holiday periods during the year, we request a 24 hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance for holiday periods and 24 hours in advance for non-holiday periods will constitute a charge for ½ the rate of one night’s stay to the customer’s credit card on file.
